Orders are first reviewed manually. Once accepted, you’ll receive an invoice. The design process begins only after the deposit is paid, which allows us to source materials and plan your piece in detail.

We work with your inspiration photos and ideas to bring your vision to life. While we aim to match your request closely, each design is one-of-a-kind. Slight variations ensure your piece remains exclusive and handcrafted.

Due to the personalized nature of our work, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstance. Before ordering, please ensure that all details—including your design request, measurements, and shipping address—are accurate.

If you have any concerns before placing an order, we’re happy to help clarify anything in advance.

Once your order is complete, it will be shipped using one of the following carriers: USPS, FedEx, or UPS.

Please keep the following in mind:

• Mye Muse is not responsible for shipping delays caused by UPS, FedEx, USPS, or any third-party service.
• Delivery may take longer during peak seasons or due to external factors beyond our control.
• We are not liable for lost or stolen packages after they are shipped.
• If an item is returned due to incorrect address or failed delivery, you’ll be responsible for any reshipping fees.

Mye Muse reserves the right to photograph and share completed pieces on our website and social media—unless you request otherwise before production begins.

Although we take inspiration from your ideas or existing designs, each final product is interpreted and handmade by us, maintaining its originality.

Because each order is custom-made, we are unable to accept changes once production has started.

Please make sure all design details, deadlines, and preferences are confirmed during the consultation phase, before we begin working on your piece.
